Kamianets-Podilskyi is a town that has kept the spirit of the Middle Ages. Its originality and uniqueness lies in its harmonious combination of landscape and medieval city urban planning structure, where military engineers, using superior natural properties, created a fortification system that is unique in Europe.
Ukraine is an amazing country, with awesome nature, landscapes and lots of tourist attractions. There are many places of interest in Ukraine, which fascinates everybody. Ukraine is also famous for a big number of castles.
Among the natural attractions of the Crimean peninsula, it should be noted a large number of palaces and park complexes. Each of the palaces of Crimea has a unique park, rich in diverse and exotic plants. Absolute symbol and one of the main tourist attractions of the Black Sea coast of Crimea is the Swallow's Nest!
There are no so many historical landmarks on the territory of Ukraine, that would be equal by their glory and notability with ancient Khotyn. And maybe there is no medieval chronical, where Khotyn Fortress is not mentioned.
The main attraction of Mukachevo is the Palanok Castle, which is built on the volcanic mountain and has a height of 68 meters and covers an area of 13,930 square meters, being at the same time a perfect example of medieval military architecture. The total length of the perimeter of the fortress is 248 meters, and the width is over 100 meters.
Belgorod city has many other titles such as Thira, Akkerman, Ofiussa, Ak-Liboje, Mont Castro and others. This city is the oldest not only in Ukraine, but also one of the oldest in the world.
